Kokos building (4.10.2011)
Helsingin Yliopistokiinteistöt Oy has purchased the joint-stock company property at Haapaniemenkatu 6 from Keva.
Ownership and freehold of the shares as well as authority over the company´s operations was transferred from the seller to the buyer on 4 October 2011. With the transaction, the lease agreement with its obligations for repair was transferred to Helsingin Yliopistokiinteistöt Oy.
The property is occupied by Theatre Academy Helsinki. An extraordinary meeting of shareholders decided on the purchase of the property on 25 August 2011.
