Customer satisfaction survey
In May 2011 Helsingin Yliopistokiinteistöt Oy conducted a customer satisfaction survey among its clients.
Using qualitative survey methods, the aim was to investigate customer satisfaction in terms of the following:
- Present contract models, practices and the service provided by the company
- Experiences and opinions of the change of ownership
- Future perspectives from the point of view of the premises
- Expectations concerning cooperation and further development of operational models
Responses were gathered from the most important contact persons of the company´s tenants. A survey report was compiled and the results were discussed with the respondents.
