Election of the company´s administrative bodies (11 May 2011)
The annual general meeting of Helsingin Yliopistokiinteistöt Oy was held on 11 May 2011 in Helsinki, in the Main Building of the University of Helsinki.
The annual general meeting elected Teppo Salmikivi as Chair of the Board, Aulis Kohvakka as Vice Chair and Harri Kauppinen, Mauri Niemi and Elina Selinheimo as members of the Board. Soili Vasikainen was elected as a new member of the Board. PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy, with Soila Rantala (authorised by the Central Chamber of Commerce) as the chief auditor, was elected to audit the company´s accounts.
