Purchase of the property at Nervanderinkatu 13 (29.12.2010)

Helsingin Yliopistokiinteistöt Oy has purchased property no 13 including its building in quarter no 416 of the district of Etu-Töölö in the City of Helsinki from the State/Senate Properties.

Yliopistokiinteistöt shall lease the property to Senate Properties on a fixed-term lease contract for approximately three years. The National Board of Antiquities will continue to occupy the buildings. Between 2013 and 2014 the property will be renovated for the Sibelius Academy.
